Assignment of the 13th Academic Week:Personal Letters (Class 392)

Good morning, everyone!
The assignment of this week is a personal letter ( Please refer to Page 144, Book Two, Experiencing English). The requirements are as follows:
1) Only complete the body, with the envelope omitted.
2) The salutation, date, complimentary close and signature should be added to the body.
3) No less than 150 words.
4) It should be submitted within the next wednesday(before May 29th).

Dear Mom and Dad:

Thank you for letting me come into the world, there would be no me without you, is that you use the broad-minded and tolerant of my deep love for all. Thank you! Let my childhood have a magnificent scenery; sunny day, you gave me a bright clear sky! Wind and rain of the season, and you have my umbrella propped up a warmth! I am so sorry that I did not tell you about my life very often.
As you know, I am coming home in no more than 2 months,but before that, I have to take the final exams for all classes I am taking this semester. Recently I have been in and out of the library a lot to review lessons.I have been busy with my preparation for the final exams. I think I am doing okay studying for the final.It is very hot here in those days,but do not worry about me please. This is my second semester in the Chongqing University. In other words, I have been here for about one year. Although this is my first time that I having away from home without you and living on my own for such a long time, also here are many problems that I had never faced with before. Since I left home last year, I have learn and thought about many things, and I also understand much. I find myself was a trouble maker, I always asked for many things, many uselss things. Dear mom and dad,
It has been already been here at Chongqing University for over eight months.
However, I have been busy with my preparation for the final exams. As you know, I‘m coming home on July 7th. But before that, I have to take the final exams for all six classes I‘m taking this semester. Recently I have been in and out of the library a lot to do some research on the term paper for one of the classes. Most professors gave out the review problems already so that the students can study for the final. I think I‘m doing okay studying for the final.
Besides reviewing materials, I‘m also planning to host the performance of my department. You know there are so many talented people in my Communications major, but they picked me to host the party! Great! isn‘t it?

Dear Mom and Dad,
How is everything going with you?
How incredible it is that one year has gone.I have been a college student for almost one year!To be honest,it's a hard time for me to spend the first several months.You knew it was the first time I left you so far.Although I thought I was independent,I found myself homesick and missed you very much.Giving you calls didn't help at all.
But with time going by,I understood that I had been an adult.It's inescapable to live alone and to be governed.So I get used to my college life.Now,let me tell you something about my college life and studies.
For starts,I have to admit that life in university is colorful and great.However,before I realized it,I had a boring time when I came in campus.Strangers were here and there.All my leisure time was spent in my dormitory,the people I knew and got along with were my roommates.Please don't worry about me.All has passed!Now I have many friends who has different characters and values.I have learned lots of things from them.What's more,we treat each other as sisters.There are so many delicious foods in ChongQing,I enjoy them.
There are many excelllent contemporaries and responsible teachers.With the inspiration and assistance of them,I'm accustomed to the way to study in college.I formed a habit of autonomic learning.On the other hand,I still remrember the words you told me.I'm down-to-earth and work hard.

As time goes by,I have already left you for three months.I'm fine about life and study in Chongqing,I also make many good friends.So you don't warry about me.

Dear Mom and Dad,
How is everything going with you?
You can't image how nice my life in college is!There are many kind teachers and classmates.My school is the most beautiful in Chongqing.I like it very much.In Chongqing University,what many kinds of classes,which make me excited more.And I could study more and strengthen myself hardly.
In my class,there are students from all over China.They can bring me different cultures and they told me the more about their specil culture.We study together happily.I spent every day very relaxing.There are a big library,where have many books and the students in Chongqing University could read them for free.The library is also beautiful.There are two lakes,the one named Yun,the other one named Jin.In Jin,it has three black swans
and a studing-hard duck,the duck comes to the library to study much earlier than us.

Dear Mom and Dad,
Time flies and pass so quickly.I have already been here at Chongqing University for almost one year.At the beginning,as a child who from North China and never live along outside before,I missed you so much and often found myself thingking of home and families.Hoever,soon I adjusted the environment here.I have friends with many students from all over China and we feel at home in our apartment.
Our last chat online is two weeks ago.We haven't communicatted with each other for so long.But recently I am so busy.As you know,there is only one month last before our final examination.So I am so busy to review my lessons.

Dear Mom and Dad,
There are about three months from the day I left home. And I will go home after a month. Maybe I am thinking of home and family, although I think the time goes by quick.
Durning the three months, I had learned a lot what I interest in. I had selected Computer Technology as the second major. And I will learn it in the next term. I learned volleyball in the physical education,and I have past the volleyball test. I must learn swimming in the next month. I think it is so difficult for me to learn swimming. Dear Mom and Dad,
It is really thanks that you give me the chance to learn more knowledge in college. As a result that I live here very well, you needn’t worry too much about me. There I will tell you about my life here.

how was everything going !
time flies really so fast that i have studied at Chongqing university for nearly 1 year.

Dear Nana,
I can hardly believe but i have already been here at Chongqing University for almost two terms. I still remember how sad i was when i had to leave home, leave all my friends especially you. And that sadness lasted about two month. As far as I’m concerned, it’s certainly that you were the same to me.
Of course, the longer i’m here , however , the more i’m enjoy my life and studies on the campus. Now i entend to tell you something about my college. When it comes to my school environment , in my opinion, Chongqing University is a beautiful school which consists of four campuses. There are two lakes where there black geese lives and a library of large scale in HuXi campus where i study. What makes me more exciting is that i have made many new friends including someone who come from abroad. What’s more , all kinds of activities in mass organizations not only enrich my life but also broaden my horizon . In a word. I’m so satisfied with my college life that i feel time goes just too fast.
